Customer service is friendly and very helpful! Store is clean and you do not have to self check out and they carry out your groceries for you! I love shopping at IGA in Sumter, SC on Pinewood Road!

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond at register. Bagger took monster load of groceries and placed them nicely in car. This and the other Sumter location are always on top of taking care of customers.

Friendly associates, very clean store, good prices. If you are hungry go to the IGA Deli on Pinewood Rd...the best food, best service, and friendly staff! I suggest the fried chicken and macaroni & cheese...YUM

They have a discount freezer which I bought 8 frozen Beef Stew. The also have a box of discounted cigarettes that I found and bought 3 packs of my husband's brand for 3 dollars. Also their store brand bread is very good.

They have some great food in the deli. We ordered baked Chicken, with mac n cheese and string beans as a side. They were seasoned well. I really enjoyed my food.

There a friendly customer oriented store, well stocked at reasonable prices, always someone available if you're looking for something, I love there crab legs which are reasonably priced.

It was very calm and warm welcoming in there. They should definitely be ready for a lot of popularity considering they’re great with communication with their customers and they don’t seem to be negative at all. They’re a bit more expensive than Food Lion but they’re less expensive than Walmart and Piggly Wiggly.

Everyone was very nice & helpful. I was able to get in, get what I needed & leave quickly. I wasn't able to get the fried chicken legs I wanted cause the fryer was shut down at 5:30 even though I called & was told that I could get them until 7 & I was in there about 6:30. That ruined my supper plans but the employees were very apologetic about it. The store was well stocked & clean. I love this location!
